One of the finest food and wine matches of all is without doubt Jamón Ibérico and Sherry. Arc Ibérico Imports and Bodega on Main are pleased to present this event, bringing you unique pairings from two of Spain’s national treasures –

Authentic 100% ibérico ham can only be obtained from pure ibérico-breed pigs. True to its origins, Cinco Jotas has maintained both the purity of the breed and the authenticity of its flavour. For over 130 years, Cinco Jotas has maintained a natural artisanal production process for all its ham, preserving expertise and traditions acquired over the span of generations.

Few wineries are more synonymous with Sherry than González Byass. Home to the famous Tío Pepe Fino, González Byass has produced some of Jerez’s most important Sherry wines for nearly two centuries. Many consumers outside of Spain who are familiar with Sherry can credit that introduction to González Byass.

This cocktail-style reception will include a pairing menu to showcase the unrivalled flavours of Ibérico ham and sherry:
